I highly recommend the Rent House. Jo and Lana are exceptional to deal with and have exceeded our expectations. We wanted assistance to find and screen tenants, but self manage. They have made this process a breeze! Everything has been taken care of from advertising, arranging viewings (public and private to accommodate potential tenants), guidance through ensuring our property meets all requirements and the detailed task of getting the tenancy agreement together and signed. We can't speak highly enough.

I had previously given the property to a different Property Manager for renting, It was on the market for 3 weeks and there was no interest or viewing arranged.
