Been with the rent house as a tentant for about 18 months, Jo and Lana are two of the best rental agents i have been with. Whenever we have a problem they are usually ontop of it straight away, especially when it comes to the health of the house (which then effects our health.) Lana is always understanding with inspections when we need to postpone the date or something has been unable to be done on our end (due to illness and/or disabilities) and is always helpful with advice when we have trouble cleaning something correctly. I am a very anxious person, especially with inspections, but being with them has actually helped bring down my anxiety around renting.
