Avoid The Rent House at all costs; they are bad! They cannot communicate properly and are always on the backs on tenants.

After having a difficult time with our previous property manager, we were reccomended Lauren via some friends that had her as their PM for many years. Right from the beginning, communication and professionalism was great and the hand over process was super easy. There were some problems left to sort out from the previous PM and these were sorted in a way that felt like nothing was too difficult or stressful. We would highly reccomend and we wish we had started with her from the beginning!!
