PLEASE PLEASE dont go through them at all . PROPERTY Manager kim contacted me through facebook .Just visited only one day to both my properties.Got some docs signed and vanished.She kept on saying that she is conducting open homes.Kept sending me OCASSIONAL MESSAGE THAT THEY ARE CONDUCTING OPEN HOMES BUT IN TRADEME NEVER HAD OPEN HOMES LISTED .SHE SEND SOME REPAIR GUY AFTER REPEATED MESSAGING .BUT THAT REPAIR GUY NEVER TURNED UP AND SHE WAS LEAST BOTHERED TO FOLLOW UP EVEN .HER AVERAGE TURNED AROUND TIME FOR A REPLY TO MY SIMPLE MESSAGE IS 2 DAYS IN AVERAGE.SHE ONLY PROMPTLY RESPONDED WHEN I JUST FAKED HER TO SAY THAT I GOT A TENANT NOW .HER MESSAGE READ LIKE-CONGRATS ARE WE MANAGING THE PROPERTY NOW? I MEAN WHO WILL GIVE THIS INVISIBLE LADY PROPERTY WHEN SHE DOES NOT KNOW M OF MANAGEMENT? When I said no then she said she will bill me anyways. So all property owners please be aware of these dodgy acts . Fyi-She took my property to advertise herself

Extremely poor communication throughout the process. There was a clear lack of professionalism, and I feel my money was wasted. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property management company.
