Very difficult to reach, slow to reply via email and manager doesn’t pick up the phone despite multiple attempts. It has made the transition from tenant leaving to selling the property immensely difficult. We would not recommend them.

Jo and Lana manage our two properties in Hamilton, and they have both been fantastic to work with.
