Jhanica (Nica) has a business degree and previous experience in call centre and customer service work making her a great asset as an office administrator to the team at The Rent House. Nica has a great connection with the team, supporting with daily tasks and strives to give our clients a great customer service experience over the phone – she is the friendly voice you are greeted with on the other end of our office phone line! She self describes the team as professional and friendly, which are attributes she shares and helps her thrive in this role.
