Sarath Prasad, Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Sarath Prasad oversees the performance and growth of the property management team and their expanding rent rolls.
With over 10 years of experience in the property management industry, along with a strong background in customer service, he leads his team to maximise owners’ returns while ensuring tenants’ needs are consistently met.
Originally from India, Sarath relocated to New Zealand in 2010. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature, a Graduate Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management, and a Diploma in Business Management.
His career began in hospitality with SkyCity Entertainment Group, where he spent three years before joining a leading property management franchise in 2016, marking the beginning of his property management career.
Sarath is recognised for his exceptional people-management abilities and dedication to maintaining efficient, process-driven operations. Detail-oriented and highly experienced, he focuses on enhancing customer experiences and delivering effective results. He is responsible for setting and executing divisional business objectives, continuously refining operational systems, and ensuring stakeholders remain well-informed about industry regulations.
Sarath communicates key information clearly to landlords, tenants, and suppliers, and he is passionate about supporting education in residential rental property investment. He holds a New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management.
In his free time, Sarath enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and travelling whenever possible.
