Terms & Conditions – New Client Promotion

Valid from 23 July to 23 August 2025

The following terms and conditions apply to the New Client Promotion offered by The Rent House Ltd. during 
the promotional period of 23 July to 23 August 2025.

Eligibility
• Offer is available only to new management clients signing a Property Management Agreement (PMA)
with The Rent House Ltd. during the promotion period.
• Properties must be located within the Auckland region, from Albany to Pokeno (excluding outer 
islands).
• Promotion applies to new properties only. Existing managed properties or properties managed by 
The Rent House Ltd. within the past 12 months are not eligible.
• One promotional offer per property. 

Included Incentives
Eligible clients who sign a PMA during the promotion period will receive all of the following:
• Free Healthy Homes Assessment
• Free Smoke Alarm Servicing for the first year (annual service)
• $250 + GST credit with The Maintenance House for services on the eligible property

Terms of Use
• If the property already has a valid Healthy Homes Assessment completed within the past 12 months, 
this can be exchanged for an additional $135 + GST credit with The Maintenance House.
• Smoke Alarm Servicing will automatically renew on an annual basis at a rate of $89 + GST per annum, 
unless written notice is given to cancel the service prior to renewal.
• The credit with The Maintenance House:
o Must be used within 60 days of signing the PMA.
oIs valid for any standard service including (but not limited to): cleaning, gardening & lawns, 
gutter cleans, house washing, maintenance and general building work.
o Can be used on any other property owned by the client in the service area of Albany to 
Pokeno (excluding outer islands).
o Is not redeemable for cash and not transferable to other individuals.
o May require a quote for certain services before work is carried out.
• All services provided by The Maintenance House are subject to availability and standard booking 
timeframes. Advance booking is recommended.

Cancellations & Withdrawals
• If the PMA is terminated within the first 12 months, the full value of any redeemed promotional 
services may be invoiced to the client.
• The Rent House Ltd. reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without 
prior notice.
• This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
